Carrot Cake Mead – Was this a BAD idea?
Who doesn’t love carrot cake? There are so many versions of the delightful confection depending on what region you may partake in carrot cake, but Bri and I shared a memory. This memory included a lovely spiced cake with carrot and citrus and an ever decadent cream cheese frosting! Is it even possible to put all those flavors into a Mead? Even though Bri was dubious, I stood strong and believed it could be done.
Carrot Cake, it’s awesome, right? So, can it be a mead? Well, we decided to find out. So, we have a carrot cake mead!
