After aging for one year, how did it taste?
Aging a mead or wine can sometimes, okay, often, make it considerably better, but not always! We like to taste when young, then wait a year and taste them again. Makes for an interesting mead and wine experience, and shows how things change over time. Just remember, taste is so biased. Our palates change, and grow over time, so what we may have loved a year ago might be meh, today, and vice versa! Use our scores as a guideline, like the Pirate’s Code, rather than a rule.
