How We Make a LYCHEE Mead – Canned Lychee Honey Wine
What is Lychee Fruit? Lychee is a tropical fruit that has a unique bumpy and vibrant appearance. It is often referred to as “Alligator strawberry” due to this. Once you get to the meat, it resembles a grape in texture and appearance. It’s opaque white flesh is fragrant and sweet, with slight floral notes, thus we thought it would be a perfect addition to a Mead!
Let’s make a homemade lychee mead. We did this easily using canned lychees. Our video goes through the entire process with all the details as well as a comprehensive tasting of our homemade lychee mead.
