There is nothing better than an icy cold Piña Colada on a hot day. Not sure why we took so long to make this one. But hey, better late than never! Pina Colada mead! The classic flavors of pineapple and coconut mixed with honey… how can it go wrong?

Piña Colada Mead – Can We Fix the Flavors?

We made a Pina Colada Mead a little while ago and it just never tasted good enough. I mean, it’s a fine mead, but, it was missing some colada in the pina. So, we got to play around with it a bit, and… well… you’ll see how it went!

Flavor Fixing Pina Colada Mead

Additions: (to create a 3 parts Mead, 1 part Rum, 1 mil Extract combo)

1 part Malibu Rum (36 oz)

1 mil Pineapple Extract (36 mm)
