Concentrated Apple Wine ONE YEAR TASTING!

We taste our Concentrated Apple Wine after a year! How does it taste? Who likes it and who doesn’t and why? We also talk about a LOT of other things. Thus, lost concentration. I mean, it’s what we do. (See what I did there?) None the less, the excess talk is on topic so it’s worth the watch. You never know. There is often an important lesson hidden in our chatter.

Aged Concentrated Wine

Now that you know our thoughts, you want to make your own. Don’t you?

How we made concentrated Apple Wine, spiced without spices. No added sugar either. Just apple juice. Wine can be made so many ways, and there’s certainly plenty of opinions floating around the internet, but… one of our viewers suggested this method so we put this concentrated apple wine to the test. Along with that, we gave it some kick of spices, but use NO SPICES! You read that right. Spiced apple wine without added sugar or spices. Check it out!

*Final Thoughts! Hindsight is 50/50 so here is what we might change if we were to replicate this recipe again. We would add the wooden stave AFTER primary fermentation. That way, the alcohol would aid in keeping any “bad” things at bay. This is merely an additional safety precaution. Nothing went wrong this time around, but it is always best to play it as safe as possible.
