How to make (Hard) Cider from grocery store ingredients.
Why am I writing “hard” in parenthesis? Well, that is because we have an international audience and in some parts of the world an alcoholic beverage made from fermenting apples is called Cider and in other parts of the world it is called Hard Cider. We don’t make the rules here. We just try our best to speak in a format that everyone can understand. Thank you for understanding.
Anyway, back to the good stuff; how to make this refreshing beverage. Every ingredient we used can be purchased at your local grocer. Apples, juice, yeast… and you know what? It’s actually REALLY good. Sometimes getting back to basics is the best way to make something. We created a complex, rich flavorful cider with minimal ingredients… well, aside from apples, lol.
